Had started this firm with an idea to meet all the standard and Non-standard requirements in the furnace and thermal industry, where the technology and knowledge energize for every step. Apart from basic engineering, we offer the equipments with the idea of USER - FREE, FUEL EFFICIENT, and STURDY CONSTRUCTION.
Our firm had initially started with 3 Persons and today it has 5 Departments and each consisting 5-10 members. As we known for the market of re-engineering, Capital equipment manufacturers, we had taken most of the Pre-assembling work out of our factory and Assembling and Testing will be in house. |

AchievementsWe proud to say that our Achievements in the industry are Reduced the Energy consumption from 0.1KWH/Kg of Liquid aluminium to 0.05KWH/Liquid aluminium in melting. Increased the Life of Crucible from 250 Melts to 300 Melts In the fuel fired furnace, waste heat is recovered to Pre-heat the charge, where the consumption reduced to 50%. Reduced the fuel consumption in batch type forging furnace from 50LPT to40LPT Reduced fuel consumption from 60 LPT to 50LPT in bulk melting rotary furnaces for lead. Fabricated and Supplied Bogie hearth heat treatment furnace upto 15TPB. n the annealing cycle, the fuel consumption reduced from 65 LPT to 40LPT in the bogie hearth furnace .
