Throttling Air Valves-2211 feature a knurled knob locking device that prevents accidental shifting of valve setting. It is easily released, then re-locked, if a new setting is desired. To discourage unauthorized tampering with the valve setting, the knob can be released with a socket head screw as the locking device. The socket head screw is conveniently supplied in the side of the knob.

Driers are also designed with direct and indirect type driers. Drier is lined with refractory and insulation brick glass wool insulations to hold the temperature up to 600o c. Driers will have two chambers in case of indirect type drier. The chambers are firing and heating chambers. if in case of direct type drier the re circulation fan must be used for the forced heat transfer.

Max Set Gas Valve-1001 is used to set air/gas ratio on a nozzle-mix burner. It has a V-port plug that can be adjusted sensitively and accurately with a screwdriver. Turning the screw counterclockwise increases flow. A cap conceals the adjustment and discourage tampering with the setting. If an adjustment is needed, replace top cap on valve body to reduce air or gas leaks.

The VS Compressed Air Portable Oil Burner operates on the principle of Ventri suction. Compressed air at between 50 to 100 psi is used to create the suction for oil to flow into the burner from the portable tank and also to atomize the oil. No direct air pressure is applied to the oil in the tank, and therefore no initial or periodic pressure testing of the tank is required.

These sealed-in, nozzle-mix burners are stable over a wide range of air/gas ratios from large amounts of Xces air, to stoichiometric (chemically correct air/gas ratio), up to 50% Xces fuel (provided additional air for combustion is supplied to the furnace near the burners). Burners can be ignited at rich, lean, or correct air/gas ratio, then immediately turned to high fire. NOx emissions are low for all air/gas ratios. The most common ratio control system for 1422 Burners uses a cross-connected regulator.When appropriate for the application, fullymeteredflowsystems andfuel only control are very satisfactory.
