We “Ayfa Skins,” was established in 2002, as a leading manufacturer & exporter of all types of finished leather. Earlier, we were working as proprietary consultant with Kymes Group of Companies, who had 40 years of experience in this industry. Consolidating on our resources and experience in the leather industry, we are efficiently sufficing the discerning demands of our clients regarding a wide variety of leather including genuine, bonded, full grain & top grain.
Based in Chennai, we have an excellent arrangement with Europe & US based tanners for supplying of quality raw materials. We have our factory in Trichy & Ranipet, which provides us easy connectivity with both our domestic as well as global clients.

Our Team
Our company was established by Mr. Rafiq Ahmed and Mr. Senthil Kumar, who are technically qualified and have with them extensive experience in leather processing and marketing field. With our production department being headed by Mr. S. Mohamed Imama, we have with us services of 30 skilled workers who ensure that the leather products manufactured by us are flawless & conform to international quality standards.

Infrastructure
We have a well established manufacturing unit at Trichy & Ranipet, spread over an area of 1700 sq. ft. Equipped with 20 imported machines, we efficiently use them to manufacture leather and also maintain it's quality feature. Further for ensuring quality, we procure the raw material from European & Us based tanneries. The raw materials are also checked before their being sent to factory for further processing.

As an environment conscious company, we are committed to preserve the environment and ensure minimum damage to our surroundings. We always maintain excellent effluent treatment mechanisms in our facility. Our management also ensures adherence to various environmental procedures during the production, which ensures reduction in harmful chemicals & waste levels.
The leather goods are manufactured using the latest machines thereby maintaining it's quality. All care is taken to maintain the genuinely of the skins and in depth texture of the leather skins, which is used in the manufacturing of the same.

We take care to maintain the genuineness of leather and in depth texture of the leather skins at the time of leather processing. The final product is made to undergo various quality checks conducted in our Quality department and then sent to our packaging & distribution department for final packing and dispatch of the products.
