In Ayurveda, the preciseness in the quantity of each ingredient to be incorporated is vital. It is important in ensuring the effectiveness of our formulations. We manufacture our formulations with the precise quantity of each ingredient as prescribed in the Ayurvedic text. We practice scientific procedures to ensure that each medicine has the exact amount of ingredients. Our formulations have the quality standards as per the national norms and regulations for Ayurvedic medicines. We manufacture these medicines from purest quality raw materials.

Our infrastructure comprises of the following department :

Container Department: We keep various containers like Umber color glass bottles ,pet bottles ,plastic bottles as well as labels as per our required packing ranging from 15ml to 5lt or 10 tab to 5000tab.these bottles are dust free and are supplied to filling department .We also check all the labels supply to filling .The QC department scrutinize all bottles and labels as per our standard.The records for these are maintained.

Raw Material Department(Mulaydravya): We have this department and we keep 300/400 raw material stock like Ashwagandh,Lendi,Pimpali,Brahmi,Maka,Shatavery etc…after the supply of raw material ,the QC dept checks all the material as per our standardsfor ethnicity after that we clean all raw material and store it.Then the dept processes the material as per production requirement.

Production Department(Prakriya): We manufacture medicines a per the grantha like bhave prakesh,Yoga Ratnakar , etc.We make tablets,liquid ,Avalava,choorna suvarna kalpa,Bhasma,Syrup etc.we also make liquids like Varunadi quth,Asokrishta,Prasham,etc and in syrups like Vascosin,Kantkari,kalpa etc.

Filling Department(Kupapuran) We pack all those medicine like tablet,liquid,Avalava,Choorna suvarna kalpa,bhasma syrup etc. in this department in various packing ranging from 15ml to 5lt or 10 tab to 5000tab.

Store department: We store all the packed medicines .as per the order s ,we keep goods valuation/requirement note then Good Dispatch Note(GDN),After hat it is sent to parcel dept as GDN.
