Balavigna was founded December 6th 1995 with the incorporation of Balavigna Wvg. M'ls (Pr.) Ltd., has expanded its operations in textile manufacturing and has diversified into other sectors. Currently, Balavigna Wvg. M'ls (Pr.) Ltd., manufacturing capacity in weaving is 211Airjet, Sulzer and Ruti'C' Looms.
