To ensure the high standard of our products, we source our raw material only from the reputed spinning mills. We have a strong back support from our sound state of art infrastructure and machines.

	Our Collection As from the very beginning we are engaged in manufacturing and exporting of superior quality cotton made household consumable products, we have the expertise in manufacturing of a lot of different type of related products. These products are made with a view to grab the total customer satisfaction. All these are of exclusive range. 	Our Infrastructure We have a world class infrastructural facility that allow us to perform according to the customized requirements of our highly reputed customers. The manufacturing unit of our company is spread over 7500 sq ft of area. Our wide range of modern assortment of machinery and equipments assists us in bringing flexibility in our productivity both in terms of volume and product specification. The weavers have tremendous knowledge and experience about the intricacies required to manufacture customized grade quality products.


	Quality Control Process For our explicit standard quality approach, our products are in compliance with ISO standards. Our mission is based on the basic of our integrated quality approach and the activities are exclusively followed according to this. According to our quality approach, we have been providing quality products along with value driven services. To prevent and detect any existing loop holes within our production system, we have installed a rigorous quality control system in the production system of our company. The integrated quality control mechanism is equally effective in all the stages including: Yarn section Dyeing section Weaving section To further ensure the quality standard of the products, we conduct the following testing procedures in the production system: Yarn test at SISTRA (The South Indian Textile Research Association) here the results are kept secret. Color Fastness Test at SGS


	Storage & Transportation We are self dependent in respect of storing both the raw cotton yarns and end products as well as in transportation of these raw materials to different markets as per as the requirements. The combined capacities of our warehouses is around 5250 sq ft. Our transportation system is segregated into two subsystems. If the volume of the transported goods is not significant, then we use our own resources of transportation, but if the end products are transported in huge bulk then we take the services of some highly reputed transporting company for this purpose.


	Packaging & Delivery System We use superior quality of packaging materials for packaging of our end products. Our packaging personnel are very efficient in their work. A strong network of distributors assist us in successfully distributing our products in the different remote areas and even in the foreign markets. The lead time of each shipment depends upon the quantity of orders given by our clients. As per as the payment mode is concerned, we tell them to give 40% of the payment in advance at the time of making the order and remaining payment after the final shipment of the products.
