Infrastructure
|
We have a sound and well oiled infrastructure, which is equipped with requisite machines, which aids in plating services, electroplating and allied services processes. Some of the machines used by us in the electroplating processes are:

Quality Assurance

The process of electroplating at our end is conformed with stringent quality check regime at our in-house quality control lab. We ensure that the products or components electroplated at our end meet the ISO standards and are thoroughly checked for their high quality. Our quality controllers ensures a trial run for each component to make sure maximum inspection and quality checking to rectify the mistakes.
Some of the quality testing equipment, which are used by our quality controllers are micron tester and salt spray tester, which is used to check rust prevention of the component.
