Tube Heat Exchanger / Shell Heat Exchanger / Oil Coolers are
available in TEMA / ASME Standards and are manufactured in different
sizes and capacities. These heat exchangers can handle high
temperature and pressure applications which are suitable for various
industrial applications.

Cooled Heat Exchanger
Air Cooled Heat Exchangers have smooth finned tube in which more
fins per inch can be incorporated on entire tube length so that
combination of low friction air loses/high air velocity and maximum
heat transfer per square feet of face area results in extremely high
heating or cooling capacity of heat exchanger in a given space.
These heat exchangers have many advantages such as :
- Light Wieght
- Easier Handling
- Fuel saving resulting from reduction in number of tubes
for given B.T.U., transfer per area
- Required less power to deliver the required C.F.M becuase
of lower air resistance
- More surface area per square feet of heat exchanger

Finned
Tube Exchanger
|
Finned tube exchangers have a continuous strip of fin material
which is wound spirally on the tube to withstand high internal pressure.
It can be manufactured in maximum length of 6 metres with outside
diameter of pipe ranging from 6mm to 65mm or 1/4" to 2" and
the finning can be controlled from 2 to 9 fins per inch. These finned
tube provides uniform heat and also increases the heat output depending
upon the height of fins per unit length.The materials used for
manufacturing fins and tubes are mild steel, carbon steel, stainless
steel, copper and brass.
