| Mobile Surgical Unit | 
 | Our Mobile Surgical Unit is well equipped with all the requisite surgical equipment and life support system to successfully conduct surgeries. It is facilitated with critical care requirements for the safety of the patient. The surgical unit is fixed with all kinds of consoles to manage medical equipment & accessories. Further, it is facilitated with overhead racks for the convenient storage & easy access of equipment.
The interior body of the unit is made of fibre reinforced plastic which is easy to clean and maintain. Additional advantages of using this material are that it has specially reinforced glass fiber, is modular and re-usable. The fiber reinforced plastic also prevents bacterial growth, which can lead to deadly infections. Designed by technical experts, the mobile unit is provided with separate sections for storing defibrillator, cardiac monitor & ventilator. The highly spacious interiors can easily house mounts for syringe pumps and central gas management system. The storage shelves and medical consoles are placed at convenient locations for ease of operation and quick retrieval of equipment. The interiors are painted with anti bacterial polyurethane paint to maintain hygienic environment inside the surgical unit.
We have installed trolleys for keeping jumbo oxygen cylinders inside the unit. These cylinders are very crucial in critical conditions and are part of life saving support system. For better back up, the cylinder trolley can hold cylinders with 6500 litres of oxygen and is facilitated with a locking system. Provided with high pressure tubes to avoid any leakage in gas pipelines, the cylinders are easy to use and change. These are kept in a separate chamber which is away from the patient’s cabin. To maintain accurate temperature inside the unit, it is equipped with powerful air-conditioner with double condenser & cooling coil. The separate ducts in the driver’s cabin and patient’s cabin control the flow of air and stabilize the temperature

| We are pioneers in the fabrication of mobile dental unit ambulance for dental care in remote areas.
The body shell of the ambulance was created by sandwitch puf panels with pre-coated sheets cladded on outer & inner walls for excellent insulation & thermal control.

| Our Mobile Medical Unit is designed for ultrasound, pathology, X-ray, patient examination room, E.C.G, minor surgery, pharmacy etc. for the patients.
In the practical field trial, already served more than 1 Lac patients in Remote Rajasthan Village in last year.
These unit are required in each district to serve remote areas for health related demands of deprived sections of the populations, especially women, children & senior citizens, who find it difficult to access health services.
These vehicles would also support public health services, district health missions for public health management schemes of different state governments for improve outreach services.
An NGO has been able to provide treatment to around 7 Lac patients in 22 districts of A.P in a period of 1 month through Mobile Medical Care Units.
