Under the superintendence of Mr. B.K. mishra who has experience of welding department for more than 10 years looks after, after quality consistency and attends the welding problems, brought to the notice of the organisation by our consumers. The formulations of the products are fixed by Mr. B.K. Mishra and are not allowed to be changed. Only when there is variation in the ingredients of raw materials a new formulation is worked out. But there are very rare occasions. The raw materials are purchased from very reputed companies, such as tisco, dandeli ferro alloys ltd., indian rare earths ltd., chavara etc. Complete secrecy is maintained by fixing code numbers to the ingredients which are only known to partners. Head of the department of manufacturing: it have a complete set of technical personnels for different work locations who have been selected suitably and trained to look after the specified job in production and quality control and assurance. Such personnels have been trained for the last 7 years continuously and none of the key personnel has left.
