Import Stock: 440C rounds from 15mm dia till 145 mm dia around 35 MT in stock

Titanium Round bars Grade 5 ASTM F 136 EIL from 2mm dia to 18mm – 2.5 MT in stock , D2 Round bars from  30 mm till 180mm – 65 MT in stock With Mill TC

 

Manufacture – We also manufacture SS Plate Cut and Forged Profiles (Circles) in Grade 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 317L and also in 400 Series

 

Cutting Facilities – We have Plasma machines, which can cut SS Plates, Flat and Profiles from 8mm – 120mm. Leth Machines for Profiles cutting upto 90mm and Sharing machines for SS flat cutting from 4mm – 30mm

• The system controls the quality of all incoming material as per the “raw material test certificate”. The checking in each size for chemical and physical properties is done at Government approved laboratory
  
• During forming pressing forging and heat treatment process control system outlines in-process checks and controls to be followed during heat treatment and testing
  
• Suitable fixtures and templates are used to maintain dimensional accuracy necessary gauges and calipers are calibrated periodically to maintain their accuracy
  
• Fittings are supplied with test certificate as per approved QAP. Test certificates incorporate chemical composition, mechanical properties hardness detail of heat treatment Ultrasonic test Radiography test and stamping details
