These assemblies are used in engines, clutches & transmission of two wheelers, tractors etc. The components used in these assemblies include a combination of turned components, sheet metal components, rubber parts, springs, washers and various other hardware items. The company has developed a reliable vendor base for the components, which are not manufactured in-house.

the company, in 2006, started manufacturing cold forged components. These components are used in diesel engines for four wheelers and stationary engines. The company is manufacturing hot and warm forged components by flashless technology. The major product in hot and warm forgings are injector bodies for diesel engines. In cold forgings the company is manufacturing nozzle bodies for diesel engines.

The machined forgings are used in Chassis, Engines and Transmission of Two-Wheelers, Four Wheelers and Tractors. These involve various turning, boring, broaching operations. Some of the major components are as follows:- Retainer Kick.
