WS1800 has unique structure & allow water to be efficiently emulsified in to CNSL paints whilst maintaining performance such as gloss, dry time, color acceptance & storage stability. Reduction in solvent hence the VOC emission of paint is possible by replacing solvent with water. WS1800 is not based on neutralizing of CNSL so you can add more& more water without changing in such performances.

Water addition with WS1800 in paint does not show increase in viscosity. Water sepration & gloss of the films remain unchanged.

Speed up drying of the system when applied on the surface.

No decrease in covering. Increase the depth o Pigments.

Water can be add up to 40 % with the take care of resin solid & pigment %

WS7000 is used for manufacturing water based paints. The use of WS7000 prevents problems like decreased brightness, dirty tones and getting hard after some time extend. This solution is easily soluble in water. It has an ionic nature of anionic and cationic ph. value 6.0.  As WS7000 is highly soluble in water it makes a clear solution. Excellent wetting, dispersing, detergent, emulsifying are some of the properties of WS7000. Extender solution WS7080 can be used in any type of water based paint i.e. oil bound distemper, Acrylic paint. WS7800 improve shades of water based paint. 

GS3300 is an ideal wetting & flow agent for solvent as well as water based primer (white, pink & red oxide). After addition of water in primer the material become thick like curd. Just add recommended qty of GS3300, you will get real flow and viscosity of the primer. GS3330 is also an ideal wetting cum dispersing agent for water based paint i.e distemper, acrylic emulsion, exterior paint.

Salient feature:

GS3300 is compatible with most of oleoresin varnishes alkyd oil etc.

In paints, presence of GS3300 leads to proper composition and coating vehicles.

GS3300 gives better penetration and dispersion of pigment because of its wetting property. During the grinding of pigment GS3300 reduce the grinding time.

The temp. of climate increasing day by day, so during the application of paint on metal surface it has been shown some popping( pin holes) over the surface.This all due to water addition in paints.

The phenomenon of popping occurs in water-containing paint systems. In this case, water evaporates from the surface of the paint layer accompanied by the increase in viscosity just mentioned. When the water present in lower paint layers subsequently evaporates, small bubbles are formed which, on bursting, lead to the described cratering effect (also known as popping or pinholing). In addition, small bubbles in areas near the surface can be visually unattractive even before they burst because they spoil the uniform appearance of the surface (blisters).

OurWS2200 would not have any adverse effects on the paint film (high compatibilities), would not cause any craters or loss of gloss, would not reduce adhesion to the substrate, would not impair adhesion to the following layer of paint and would not adversely affect the appearance of the paint film.

WS2500 is a chemical product and make a reaction between film forming material (Resin) and water.WS2500 is not based on neutralizing of alkyd so you can add more & more water without changing in such performances.
