Further, slots and grooves can also be machined on the outer and inner diameters for lubrication. These bearings can be precisely ground. This ensures that these bearings press- or slide-fit into close tolerance areas. Apart from this, these copper, brass and bronze made bearings can be hardened by various processes such as decomposition, cold working, treatment through solutions and precipitation hardening. These types of bushings used on a hydraulic press or can be manually fitted using mallets and mandrels.

Located at Rajkot (an industrial area of Gujarat) our infrastructure enables us to conduct our business operation with ease. The two storied infrastructure spreads across a straggling area to accommodate our human resources and technological resources. Our production unit and director's office is situated on the ground floor, whereas the first floor is used to deal into customer satisfaction and after – sales services. For the same, the floor is divided into various divisions such as customer care, exports and account. Further, we use our second floor as warehouse to store the raw material. We are looking forward to develop a separate warehouse for storing these raw material and our inventories. After that, we would start using the second floor as exports and customer care division.

Our production unit is segregated into various units such as drawing, designing, quality control and research & development. We hold expertise in producing one piece or single cast of minimum 15gm to 700kg weight from non-ferrous centrifugal casting with machining and CNC machining facilities.
