About Us

Having started the trading activities in the year 1996, mainly trading with Resin, Pigments, with an initial turnover of about INR one crore, the company added trading in Phenol in bulk by procuring the product indigenously as well as the imported materials on High Sea Sale basis.

By 2003, we reached a turnover of about Rs. 5 cores and established our office at a vintage office building at Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. Eventually, with the increase of manpower, we felt the need to have our own office at a strategically located area and acquired office on ownership where it is presently located. The office is equipped with all modern facilities, fully air-conditioned and is having a complete computerized working enviournment.

Continuing with trading in the existing chemicals, in 2007,we started importing and trading in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, a polymer that completely replaced PVC in footwear manufacturing. The turnover went almost upto 10 crores during 2007-08 from 8.0 crores in the previous year. In 2009, we added another imported polymer, ABS Resin, as sole selling agent in India for a very famous group manufacturing various polymers. Also started importing and trading PVC Resin simultaneously. Due to acute recession in plastic industries during end-2008, our turnover suffered marginally during 2008-09 but picked up during 2009-10.

Having achieved continuous growth and gaining financial strength, we are still in process to add few more emerging polymers to expand our trading activities. Our sales team is continuously working to create a consumer-base with industries consuming our products in bulk. We have a very strong customer base who are market leaders in their respective fields of products. A list to this effect is enclosed. We also procure/import products from reputed manufacturers to remain as reliable vendors to our customers.

We maintain a Sales cum Field team consisting of four employees which is headed by a professionally qualified and experienced person. With the addition of more items, we plan to strengthen the team by adding more sales personnel. Office is equipped with office staff. The total working strength is 15 personnel at present.

Ours is a proprietorship organization wholly owned by Mittal family with their direct involvements in running the business.
