We Balaji Enterprises started our industry in 1993 with manufacturing and supplying of supreme quality machined components with the help of modern technology. Our range of products include Trunnion Plate, Seat Ring, Ball, Stem, Soft Seated Ball Valve Body Trunnion mounted Ball Valve Body and Compressor Valve parts. Today we are one of the key players of the industry with a well-facilitated manufacturing unit with a wide area and a skilled team of staffs to operate the whole process. Apart from production, we also provide services like machining of heavy job, machining batch type precision components, assembling them and then supplying the finished products for varied industrial purposes. With aim to become a market leader in terms of technology and infrastructure, we believe teamwork and hard labor will help us to get the pinnacles of success.

We are ISO 9001 :2000 certified company for our quality management system, because we believe that our capability to exist in the industry is only because of the quality standards we maintain to manufacture all our products and the general measures we take in order to maintain the quality of each product. For that, we check the quality of raw materials to ensure for any damages or faults. Then the finished products are checked and rechecked to ensure for any damages or faults.

For all these purposes, we have a well facilitated quality checking unit manned with our quality checking personnels who take care of the inspection of the products manufactured.

We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit with two plants located at Bhosari industrial area and one plant at Tathawade which is beyond the octroi limit. The manufacturing area has a spread of up around 10,000 sq ft in Bhosari "MIDC" with 130 hp power consumption. Our Built up area at Tathawade is 12,000 sq ft,
with the electric consumption of 130 hp.
The machines we generally use to manufacture goods are-
•Five CNC Turning machines with turning dia of 10 mm to 750 mm.
•Two VMCs with a capacity of 600 x 600 x 600 rom alongwith fourth axis.
•Six Radial Drill Machine with a drilling capacity up to 1062 mm.
•Twenty five Conventional lathe machines with a turning capacity 10 to 1200mm.

A skilled team of technocrats,engineers, designers and many skilled workers work day and night to bring perfection in the design of the product with more enhancement in their attributes keeping in mind the company mentioned quality standards. For that,
we have a well trained staff of 100 labors and f 15 Technical people in management.

For the smooth movement of administration process, we have employed administration personnels. For quality check, we have recruited some quality check personnels who check each product on quality parameters before supplying the goods to the clients.

The products we offer are Trunnion Plate, Seat Ring, Ball Stem, Soft Seated Ball Valve Body, Trunnion mounted Ball Valve Body and Compressor Valve parts which are durable, flexible, heavy duty, strong and designed well with our imported product specific machines.

The products are designed as per the specifications and standardization that are at par with international trends. We insure that the products are made to fulfill the requirements of the various industries and can serve multiple purposes. Some of the industries we cater to are automobile industries, locomotive industries, engineering industries etc. All the products we manufacture are generally used as a component of ball valves.

Other than manufacturing the machining components, Our scope of work also incorporates manufacturing Machining of Batch type precision components and
assemblies, machining of Heavy Jobs on CNC, Conventional lathes, Horizontal Boring Machines and Radial Drill machines, and, supplying finished components as per prototypes,drawings and specifications of the client.

Apart from manufacturing a wide range of machining products, we also offer products as per the requirement of the clients. For that, we are facilitated with our expert team, manufacturing and operations unit with the help of modern plant and machinery.With that, we are able to cater our client with various designs according to their specifications,prototypes and drawings.
