rich with more than 18 years of experience in its specific sector manufactures engine valves, valve seat inserts and valve guides for combustion engines of automobiles, tractors, cars, generators, stationery engines, heavy commercial engines, motor cycles of various models and of different makes. Apart from being a leader in the domestic market, the company exports to different countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.



The success story of the company in the field of manufacturing of engine valves, valve seat inserts, valve guides and other components started in 1990 with a determined and dedicated team of technocrats and different in-house facilities for production and quality control for each product to attribute the maintenance of high quality standards laid down by ISO and meeting the demand of the OEM customers both in domestic and overseas market.


BALAJI production lines are capable of stable and robust process manned by technically skilled persons with state-of-art testing and evaluation facilities to access the latest product and process technology with special purpose sophisticated machines.

ENGINE VALVE

The engine valves is made up of heat resistant alloy. Prince manufactured engine valves are reliable. The corrosive environment and high temperature cause dynamic load on the engine valve.



Intake valves made from steel EN-52
Exhaust Valves made from Austenitic Steel of EN-52 or Bi-metal.
The engine valve ensures that the mechanical properties of steel pass through the heat treatment process in the furnace. The chrome plate of tuff trided / nitrided engine valve stem is for surface hardness and resistance to corrosion of lubrication. Thus the engine valve seat portion and tip are hardened .Cottar and Grooves made by the engine valves are for turning machine within close tolerance and accuracy. Seat grinding is done to ensure international standards with concentricity and cylindricity.
