Our existing factory is equipped with state of art latest machines such as hydrolic clickers , stiching machines with normal as well as servo based motors and many more specialized machines.
DESIGN OF THE PRODUCT:
In future we are contemplating to have a full fledged designing setup by
appointing professional designer and available software. The required floor
area for design and development is earmarked in our new premises.
QUALITY OF PRODUCTS :
In our organization we take utmost care of quality so that rejection and repairs are minimized. The quality control is done at every stage right from sourcing of material, entry of material till the stage of finishing, packing and dispatching.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY :
As mentioned in machinery list we have very advanced Italian machines for cutting which not only have the speed but also a very long life. With existing cutting machines we can cut components for 25000 bags per month.
We have stitching machines of various types heavy duty , very heavy duty, PCB non PCB, binding, barterk etc. most of them German and Japanese make. These machines can stitch laptop bags .
Warehouse & Packaging Unit
Our firm has maintained a sound and spacious warehousing unit to have secure and organized storage of all the manufactured leather products and procured raw material. Divided into different sections and sub-sections, our warehouse enables us to have categorized storage of all the products, as this makes identification of consignments easy, at the time of final dispatch. Our warehousing unit is properly knitted with major highways, stations, ports and other transportation modes due to which, we are able to provide on-time delivery of consignments at customer's doorstep. Further, we have recruited some experienced storekeepers so as to maintain all the activities of our warehouse in an efficient manner.
In order to enhance the appeal of our products and provide these an attractive look, we pay attention towards their packaging. For this purpose, we have recruited some packaging professionals, who make use of attractive and excellent quality material to pack all our leather products and ensure their safe transits.
