We are a prominent manufacturer in rubber products. We supply, export and import Synthetic Rubber. We began our journey in the business as a developer and trader for trolley wheels and castors. Later as we grew, we diversified our product range to rubber compounds and synthetic rubber off grade, and we further wish to develop and grow in faster pace to attain pinnacle position in rubber industry.

Nitrile Rubber - NBR
We manufacture and offer wide range of our Nitrile Rubber (NBR). ANB - 35 L NBR is a family of unsaturated copolymers of 2-propenenitrile and various butadiene monomers (1,2-butadiene and 1,3-butadiene). Although its physical and chemical properties vary depending on the polymer’s composition of nitrile, this form of synthetic rubber is generally resistant to oil, fuel, and other chemicals (the more nitrile within the polymer, the higher the resistance to oils but the lower the flexibility of the material). It is used in the automotive and aeronautical industry to make fuel and oil handling hoses, seals, and grommets. NBR’s ability to withstand a range of temperatures from -40 °C to +108 °C makes it an ideal material for aeronautical applications. Nitrile Butadiene is also used to create moulded goods, footwear, adhesives, sealants, sponges, expanded foams, and floor mats.

| Synthetic Rubber - SBR
We offer Styrene-Butadiene-alpha-methyl which is a synthetic rubber copolymer consisting of styrene and butadiene. It has good abrasion resistance and good aging stability when protected by additives, and is widely used in car tires, where it is blended with natural rubber. It was originally developed prior to World War II in Germany, but during the War, it was used extensively by the USA to replace natural rubber supplies from the far-east, that had been captured by the Japanese. SBR can be produced from solution or as emulsion. In both instances, the reaction is via free radical polymerization. Pressure reaction vessels are required and usually charged with the two monomers, a free radical acid and a chain transfer agent such as an alkyl mercaptan. The later prevents high molecular weight and high viscosity product from forming. High styrene-content rubbers are hard, since the Tg (glass transition temperature) of butadiene is extremely low. The production process is initiated by sodium.

Synthetic Rubber Compound
Our rubber compounds include Natural Rubber Compound, EPDM rubber Compound and NBR rubber Compound. Master batches are normally a mix of one or more polymers, reinforcing fillers, process aids and process oils. This is the intermediate stage of rubber compounding operations. Compounds are the downstream products of master batches. With the incorporation of activators, anti-oxidants, anti-ozone, special additives, Sulfur and accelerators, the master batches metamorphose into rubber compounds that are ready to be used in the manufacture of various rubber articles, either by extrusion and curing, or molding. The compounding process involves internal mixing of the master batch with activators and process aids, followed by blending of Sulfur and accelerators on open- roll mixing mills, from which it is stripped or sheeted out to required dimensions and cooled immediately to prevent cross-linking from setting in. Master batches have very long shelf-life, due to which it is the form preferred by our overseas customers. Compounds have comparatively lower shelf-life, our EPDM compounds in ready-to-mould strips of specific dimensions with shelf-life of more than 3 months.
