Established in the year 1995, Balaji Panel Crafts is an eminent manufacturer of premium quality modular furniture for utilization in offices, kitchens, wardrobes, workstations. Made of high grade MDF boards and panels our furniture is ergonomically designed to suit varied environments.

Our aesthetically designed furniture has found favor with many commercial establishments including Tata teleservices and many modular kitchen companies. The fire retardant and moisture resistant nature of our products makes them ideal for usage in commercial and residential kitchens.

We continually up grade our technology and processes to keep pace with the emerging trends and regularly participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to showcase our products.

Our CEO, Mr. Kishore Kumar, has been at the helm of affairs steering the company to higher achievements. Under his able guidance and management, the company has achieved sustained growth and expansion.

Products

We present a wide spectrum of modular furniture such as office furniture, kitchen cabinets, wardrobe material, work stations, desks, storage and custom made furniture and fiber doors. The aesthetic design and flawless construction of our products make them easy to use and very convenient and safe. They have smooth, seamless edges and are made out of high grade materials which are sourced from all over the world. Our products have many special features such as-

Customization

We have a separate line of custom made furniture to suit the preferences of clients. As per the specifications provided by our clients we can customize our designs to suitable proportions. Our in house design team assists and designs products based upon requirements specified by our clients. Each environment has its unique dimension and we can adequately adapt our products to support any kind of floor plan.

Manufacturing unit

We have hi-tech manufacturing facility spread over a sprawling 25000 sq. ft. area. The manufacturing unit is fully capable of providing bulk orders of flawless, high quality modular furniture to our clients in the stipulated time period.Our manufacturing facility has state of the art machinery imported from leading companies such as Biesse Asia, Amada, LVD-HD and ORMA. Some of the sophisticated machinery installed at our facility are-

Orma-membrane press, veneer press, hot press with complete numerical control
Robeland for cutting of various shapes
Rover22 for multipurpose design and routering, boring and profile cutting in any shape
Polymac Ergo5 for thro’ feed and corner edgebanding

Our top of the line machinery is maintained in optimum condition and delays are avoided by regular servicing of equipment. We are able to handle large volumes of production due to the efficiency of our technologically superior facilities.

The measuring tape test is conducted to confirm dimensional accuracy.

At regular intervals during production, products are inspected for flaws and deviations from the approved design. Thereafter, each lot is inspected for conformity and consistency. Finally before dispatch products are again examine for dimensional accuracy and design specifications. After having under gone such strict controls, our products are evidently flawless and of the most superior quality.
