We, at Balaji Syndicate constantly striving to provide an optimum Cot. We are the first to introduce the SSD Cot which is a Spinners Delight. This is closest to the Aluminum Press Fit Cot and is at a fraction of its cost. For clients who require the best, we supply the Aluminum Press Fit Cots.

Type of Cots

• Plain Cots: The conventional Plain Cot, which is bonded with an adhesive.
• SSD Cots: The SSD Cot which apart from requiring no adhesive for mounting, has got a minimum interference fit between the Cot and Roller. The Cot runs stress-free which means improved yarn quality. Unlike some other types of Cots, with plastic inserts, this is not affected by higher temperatures.
• PVC Core Cots: The PVC Core Cots is two-layer cot & it does not need adhesive for mounting. The rubber is bonded perfectly on PVC Core. The cot runs stress-free which results in better yarn quality.
• Alugrip Cots: The Aluminium Press Fit Cot (Alugrip Cot) which would be the obvious choice, if cost is not a factor. For this reason, this is traded and exported in sizes suitable for High Speed Draw Frames, Speed Frames and Ring Frames.
• Multiply Cots: We have invented a product and technology, by which the multiple cots will give almost a uniform shore hardness throughout its life even after repeated buffing. This cot has an additional soft, especially formulated Rubber Layer, between the Synthetic Rubber Outer Layer & the inner SSD or Alugrip Core. It is offered with an outer layer in any shore hardness required by the spinner.

All the above cots can be supplied of the following hardness to meet your requirement or we could formulate one to meet your special requirement.

The Aprons are engineered to excellent dimensional accuracy, non-stretchability, flexibility and optimum frictional characteristics.

We offer good quality Synthetic sandwich spindle tapes at affordable prices. It consists of following three layers.

• Colored Layer: Synthetic polymer meant for better grip to transmit maximum power from the tin roller.
• White Layer: Specialised polymer fabric with natural fibre to absorb the heat in the spindles and also to prevent the speed variation in three spindles when one spindle is stopped for piecing.
• 100% polyamide in the middle to avoid elongation and boost up physical properties.

Our range of VBS Bobbin Holders consist of variable brake system that is suitable for wide range ring spinning machine. Brake force in Bobbin Holder plays a major role in controlling evenness of the yarn. It is also provided with 4 stages of variable brake system to be selected as per the required brake force and one Bobbin Holder from the running ring spinning machine.

Designed in accordance to international standards, its variable braking system offers flexibility and operational durability. This flexible braking system permits to choose required brake force in Bobbin Holder which makes it easier to choose Roving Tension as per the requirements.

Technical Specifications

• Eccentricity: Variation in circularity on the diameter of the ring tube is known as eccentricity. Lower the eccentricity in Ring Tube, higher is its quality and performance. PC ring tube has a eccentricity of upto 0.1 mm.



• WT: The wall thickness in Ring tube near spindle button has maximum load. It is to be noted that higher wall thickness with low eccentricity is optimum for high speed Ring frames.



• Taper: The normal tube taper are 138.1.40 and 1.64 1:40. Tapes 1 mm diameter difference in 40 mm length.



• Tube Clearance: The clearance between Ring Tube & Spindle is called as tube clearance. We know that lower clearance results in lower eccentricity that further results in high working spindle speed. Tube clearance should be maintained in such a manner that it should withstand the contraction caused by winded yarn tube, for easy removal.



• YRG: A small step groove is provided in the bottom hole of the ring tube, which accommodates the yarn on the spindle and avoids tube Jamming.



• Angle of Pull: The angle of pull depends upon the ring diameter and tube diameter.

We are Supplying Drawing Top Rollers that are made out of high quality steel maintaining the required hardness in order to resist bend, breakage, wear and tear. Rollers are tested for a total run out of +- 0.02 mm. Superior quality needle bearings are used in the end bushes and also thrust bearings are provided for smooth running to eliminate heat generation. Bushes designed for non-fluff accumulation.
Rollers are mounted with Accotex / Imported Alu-core Cots with recommended shore hardness.
Mounding process is also undertaken especially for Top Rollers used in high speed draw frames.

Empowered with quality management team to supervise the quality of the products, we also supply and export ABS Drive Pulley. It is suitable for all kinds of spinning and doubling frames, this component is made from Aerlonitrile Styrene (ABS) material. 15% glass filled is used to withstand high wear & tear at enormous friction and heat-generated synthetic spindle running at higher RPM in machine. Preciously molded to achieve two gram unbalanced mass, which avoids vibration at higher RPM, we use aluminum alloy pressure die-casted adopter and bush is to fix this drive pulley.
