Balavigna weaving mills private ltd., is situated in a spacious 85,000 sq.ft of land under a pillerless shed, with a separate warehouse, stores, quality control lab, modern warp tying machine and generator section for non stop production. Our weaving house installed with high speed lakshmi Ruti ‘C’ fully Automatic shuttle looms and Modern Sulzer P7100 projectile Shuttle less Dobby weaving Machines, capable of producing premium quality fabrics upto 365cms width in weaves like plain, Twill, Drill, Satin Gabardine, Oxford, Mat & all dobby designs upto 20 shafts etc., whichever the market demands. All our looms are connected to online “Loom Data” monitoring systems.

We have a comprehensive set up of infrastructure and team of experts. Entire gamut of production activities is carried in our manufacturing unit. Our company is also empowered by the entire computerized set up and implements latest technology in the production process. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with the following machines and divided in to following divisions;

• Automatic Shuttle Loom Division
Balavigna Weaving House is equipped with 135 looms of 190cm. Lakshmi Ruti 'C' fully automatic shuttle looms for the production of LycraCored Stretch Fabrics.

We have got 10,000 sq.ft. spacious warehouse with two state inspection system is followed through modern inspecting method using Illuminated Auto control inspection table.

Regarding quality assurance, we adopt the prestigious American 4 point piece grading system which is followed by all quality conscious Textile units. We also maintain very stringent piece length standards in packing.

• Daily status of production starting from the running, checking, packing & finishing will be updated to your office through a unique excel sheet format.
• The entire lab dips accessories, fit samples, size set samples, will be checked in our office before dispatching for your precious approval.
• Inspections like middle, pre final & final will be done by our quality team along with us.
• Inspection certificate will be sent for your kind perusal as a scanned image and the original enclosed with the shipping documents.
