Our engineers work closely with customers from the initial stage to ensure satisfactory development of quality products.
Detailed quality control inspection procedures are implemented at every stage of the production cycle, starting from incoming materials to the dispatch of finished products as per ISO 9001 : 2000 guidelines.
The company has established, documented, implemented and maintained a quality management system and continually improves its effectiveness in accordance with ISO-9001-2000.
Only the best raw materials are used, and the composition of the metal is checked by an optical emission spectrometer. Properties such as mechanical strength and hardness are tested on a tensile testing machine and with hardness testing equipments. Other tests for electrical conductivity, various dimensions etc. can also be carried out within our facilities.
