The bristle material will be of Natural bristles, Animal hairs, Synthetic fibers like Polypropylene, Nylon, PVC, Abrasive bristles made out of Silicon Carbide & Aluminum Oxide, Ferrous & Non Ferrous wires. The fill material depends on what type application the customer is looking for.

SEGMENTAL BRUSHES are mainly used in the latex applications like surgical gloves and condom manufacturing units. These segments can be joined together as shown below to any length desired. Normally the Beading, stripping, washing brushes are made out of the segmental brushes. The advantage of the segmental brushes are these can be substituted part by part with the minimum time during the servicing of the plant. Made out of Nylon-66 bristles it withstands the high temperature generated in the process of Beading, drying & Stripping

The cylindrical brushes are made to any length depending on the application of each customer. The base material may be wood, plastic or even metal. The bristles will be of natural or synthetic like, Nylon, Polypropylene, Silicon or metal bristles like brass, steel etc. ..................The applications are wide like Food-processing industries, Pharmaceuticals,Textile applications, Floor cleaning Machines, Latex applications, Printing & Labeling machines etc. The cylindrical Brushes may be tufted in different methods.

Wire twisted brushes have got a lot of applications in the domestic as well as industrial applications. In the domestic range, the brushes are mainly used in the Bottle cleaning, flask cleaning and Sink cleaning applications.The specially formed brushes are used for cleaning the ceiling fan also. In the industrial applications these brushes are mainly used for the Pipe cleaning applications in the Oil refineries, and Milk Processing Dairies. The specially twisted Metallic bristles are used for Compressor pipe cleaning applications.

.Disc brushes are mainly attached to the Floor Cleaning Machines .The Disc Brushes Scrubbers wash, scrubs and strip wax from the floors.Disc machines offer easy change, to attach the aggressive pads for polishing purpose. In industrial applications, Disc brushes accept greater down pressure for cleaning the dirty floors.

The power sweepers are mainly used in the Big Industries, Go-downs ,long areas were the manual cleaning is not practical. The power sweepers may be Battery operated small vehicles were the Huge Brushes will be fitted. The Brushes will be operated mechanically to collect the dust and dirt from the floor. The huge Carpet area may be cleaned in a short period of time. The Road sweepers are the bigger version of the power sweepers.

STRIP BRUSHES are made in different shapes and styles out of different metals like Aluminium, Steel, M.S etc;. The stripes may be powder coated in different colors appealing to the aesthetic sense of the customers. Each shape may need different tool formation.
