Industrial Filters

Construction: Absolute HEPA filters are made out of imported fabrics. The paper is pleated and the pleats are separated by super fine corrugated aluminium foil and finally fitted in an aluminium frame, Epoxy-based adhesive is used all over from the inside for effective sealing of gaps.

We manufacture and offer efficient filters that have graded density and high porosity. These are manufactured from thermally bonded polypropylene micro fibers that offer, high dirt holding capacity, low pressure loss and continuous performance. Our spun flow HE is well-suited with most chemical processes and is devoid of additives. These conform to the requirements of FDA and are widely used in food and beverage industries. The bonded fiber construction of the filter reduces the possibility of fiber migration and offers capacity to resist particle shedding, even under pulse conditions. Composed of pure polypropylene, our filters can withstand high temperature and pressure. The filters are used in filtering organic acids, petroleum oils, animal oils, vegetable oils, concentrated alkalies and organic solvents

Our melt blown crystal clear cartridge filter finds wide application in filtering Resins, paints inks, photographic emulsions,waters, high purity chemicals food and in beverage and pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries.

The filtroll papers are qualitative filter paper that has fast and fine filtering capability. These are available in varied shapes viz. sheets and circular shapes and also in different sizes. Having slow retention and fine crystalline capacity these paper can hold coarse and gelatinous precipitate. Technical specification
