Glass Tube Forming Machine

This Machine specially designed to cut neutral and borosilicate Glass Tube . It is a Vertical Type Single Head (Chuck) Machine. This Machine is capable to get syncronised to Dental Cartridge or Dropper Forming Machine.

Our company is also engaged in the sphere of manufacturing and exporting a wide assortment of Tube Cutting Machine that is specially designed to cut lead glass, soda glass and neutral glass. The machine is also used for the production of tubular glass blanks with one or two glazed ends.

We can provide the machines with tube feeder type RLG for feeding the glass tubes into the magazine of the machine from tubing bundle. The total storage capacity of the magazine, installed above the chuck is 8 glass tubes and it can alternatively, be provided with 1 tube feeder RZ with magazine. The Consumption values for gas, air and oxygen is affected with glass tube and the type of gas used.
