Approved by Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) and National Thermal Power Corporation of India Ltd (NTPC) as CRGO supplier, till now we have already processed more than 15000 MT CRGO material to the satisfaction of our customers and have created an organisation which delivers quality CRGO laminations and undertakes job work from customers for a long term business relationship. We have full arrangement of quality slitting, cutting, punching, v-notching, testing and core assembly as per the required design.We are doing job work and also importing CRGO from various countries to manufacture and supply transformer core laminations and core assemblies with maintained electrical properties as required by our customers.

Quality Policy / ProcessesOur management practices are ISO 9001:2000 certified by JAS-ANZ. Our standard practice is to initially check the CRGO materials received from the concerned parties for thickness, width, weight and no-load losses.During the slitting and cutting work, we use venire callipers, micro meter, and iron-loss tester etc. to ensure that the quality, dimensions and core losses are checked and maintained at every stage.
