Baramati Electromech (BEMECH) was established in early 2007 as a manufacturing and supplying unit dealing in different types of magnets. The company also offers services of customized manufacturing and packaging of products.

Promoted by Mr. Madhav Khedekar and Mr. Firoj Shaikh, the company is a sister concern of the established "Prashant Group of Industries" which is in existence since 1995. the group was incepted by Mr. M.T. Khedekar in MIDC Baramati, Dist- Pune with aim to cater to requirements of automobile Industries majors such as M/s Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., and many more.

BEMECH has a capacity of 300 tones per annum in the production of ISOTROPIC & ANISOTROPIC magnets. Having representatives at Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai, we have the capability to meet all the small as well as big requirements of our customers. With our uncompromising approach towards quality, we constantly keep ourselves abreast with the newest development in this business field.

	Products Produced from quality materials and used in different industries, our products include Wifer motor magnet, Wifer magnet, SP Magnet, Segment magnet, Ring magnet, LS Ring, LS Ring magnet, Loudspeaker magnet, Isotropic-Anisotropic magnet, Flat Magnet, Ferrite Magnet, and Disc magnet. 	Infrastructure We have made sure to possess an established and world class infrastructure, which integrated world class machineries, equipments and tools that are managed by skilled people. For the most innovative and top class products, we also have an in-house design unit. Different types of hi-tech machines employed in our infrastructure include following: Ball mill Pelletiser Mixer Siever Moulding machines (Mechanical/ Hydraulic) Sintering Furnace Centerless & Surface Grinders Ultra Sonic Cleaner Straping Machine for Packing

Different types of quality tests done by us during the processes of Wetmilling, Slurry drying, Powder processing, Wet moulding & Dry moulding, Sintering, Grinding, Cleaning and Packing, are as follows: Chemical analysis of raw materials In-process checks for binding, density of compact Sintering saturation of Sintered component Magnetic property by Flux checking Hysterisys Loop tracing

These services include customized production, tailored packaging and free product samplings. As our products have diversified usage in different industries, we offer our clients the liberty to send us their specifications for the products and we guarantee to produce them strictly according to those specifications.
