Established in the year 1993, we Baroda Extrusion Ltd. are one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of a wide range of copper bar, tubes, copper rods, industrial copper rods, stamped copper rods and profile. Apart from this, we also offer copper industrial raw material as per clients’ specific requirements. These are catering to the requirements of diverse industries such as Air conditioning and Refrigeration industries, Power, electrical, defense, forging, automobiles, construction and engineering related industries. M/s BEL is the first Copper extrusion plant in India having excellent infrastructure and facilities in house. Manufacturing plant situated at Village Garadiya, Tal. Savli Dist. Vadodara in a land admeasuring 22118 sq. mtrs having a built up factory shed of 4882 sq. mtr fully equipped with modern machineries and testing facilities to meet the requirement of customers.The plant is fully equipped with modern machineries which includes 900 mt. extrusion press,induction furnace of 1 M.T/Hr.25 nos of heavy/medium/light draw benches and bright annealing furnance for copper coil.
The Installed capacity of the plant is 6000 MT per annum.Air conditioning and Refrigeration industries, Power and electrical Industries are the main users of the products. Further, our R & D experts thoroughly scrutinize the current developments in the market, making sure that these are implemented in our latest and existing range. Our company has a well developed infrastructure facility which enables us in trouble-free and swift production of our range of copper rods and profiles. We have the first Copper extrusion plant in India with the capacity of 6000mt per annum and have fully equipped infrastructure and facilities. Our unit is situated at Village Garadiya, Tal. Savli Dist. Vadodara in a land sprawling on an area of 22118 sq. mtrs and having a built up factory shed of 4882 sq. mtr fully equipped with latest machines and testing facilities to meet the requirement of clients.
