COMBUSTION CHAMBER

Direct injection in open type combustion chamber provided in an aluminium alloy piston with long stem multihole nozzle resultsinto low fuel consumption and easy starting.

FUEL SYSTEM

High Speed diesel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through an efficient replacable paper element type main filter. Industrial type double bowl heavy duty type filter BOSH make also available.

LUBRICATION

Engine’s moving parts are lubricated by force feed and partly by splash lubrication. A throwaway type bypass filter is provided for filtering the lubricating oil. Lub. Oil is supplied under constant pressure by lub. Oil pump.Centrifigal type Lub. Oil cleaner also available for long engine life.

GOVERNING

A sensible mechnanical centrifugal type governer mounted on the camshaft gear. Speed variation is controlledwithin limits to comply with class B1 governing as per IS:10001 (GENERAL PURPOSE)

COOLING

Engine is continuously cooled by flow of water. Either by Radiator mounted on engine or direct water supply. Front radiator mounted engines also available.

ROTATION

Standard rotation is clockwise looing at fly wheel. Engine with reverse rotation can also be provided on demand.

STARTING

The engine is designed for starting by hand. Electric Start Provision can also be provided against specific reauirement. Dynamo battery chargers also available.

Use

These water pump set are used to lift water from deep well, lake, ponds, river etc for irrigation these type of pump set are used widely by thousands of asian & african farmers as the pump and engine design are simple so they are long life and easy reparable and long lasting performance. Main feature was low rpm 1500 so that minimum wear & tear of spares. Engines (hand start or electric start optional) between 4 and 28 h. P direct coupled to water pumps, either centrifugal or self priming sets should be built on steel base. Stationery on the steel base, and portable using rubber wheels (coasters), and handle in order to move the set from one place to another. The engines of those sets are cooled automatically from the pumps, as the pumps sends the cold water through a hose to the cylinder head as an intake. The outlet side for warm water is the hopper cover. This way the engine is kept cool during the operation. The outlet water is not wasted, because it is used for irrigation also.

WO TYPES OF COOLING AVAILABLE IN AIR COOLED

     COOLING

In air cooled, engine is cooled by air flow generated with the help of fan mounted on flywheel called conventional Cooling.

In axial flow cooling, blower is mounted in front of cylinder block & head. With the help of streamline cowling air breeze is circulated.

Attachments such as 12 Volt self start with 12 volt dynamo battery charger with Amp. Meter and charging lamp with key starter also available.

Our company can manufacture other attachments as required by specific data given by the customer.

All above engines are handle start.
