We manufacture Grey Cast Iron Castings & Ductile Iron Castings with wide application base catering to Automobile Industry followed by Valve Industry, Engine Industry , Compressor Industry. Most of our castings are exported to U.K, Germany, Finland, USA, Italy, France, UK etc.
We own advanced manufacturing facilities like Electric furnaces, Fully Automatic PLC Controlled Pneumatic Machines, Mechanised Sand Plant with cooler, Intensive Mixer- Sand Muller, Bi-Rail Arrangement, Transfer Trolley, Transfer Trackline, Mould Cars, Pouring Monorail System alongwith Semi-Automatic Shot Blasting Machine, various types of Grinders and other miscellaneous machinery and equipment, Full Fledge Core shop with shell core shooters, shell moulding machine, cold box machine etc., pattern maintenance/methods shop to support smooth processing in order to meet customer needs. |
