Engineering plastics are a group of plastic materials that exhibit superior mechanical and thermal properties in a wide range of conditions over and above more commonly used commodity plastics. The term usually refers to thermoplastic materials rather than thermosetting ones.

Our PA6 cast polyamide is a versatile & economical material, idea for use in OEM or maintenance in wide cross section of industries. It replaces steel, cast iron bronze,,aluminum ,rubber & wood or laminated phenolics in applications of bushing, bearing, gear, wheels, rollers, wear plates etc. It has high mechanical strength, outstanding fatigue resistance, high impact & shock resistance high mechanical damping ablity, corrosion resistance & exceptional wear resistances particularly in dirty environment.it is available in large diameters in excess of 2 meters.

Poly Tetra Fluoro ethylene PTFE & Teflon is truly a unique material and still the most widely used of all the fluoro polymers. PTFE has a combination of chemical, electrical and thermal performance unmatched by any other commercially available material. Resulting in an engineering material with an extensive range of applications encompassing a wide range of industries.

 Characteristics:

Outstanding chemical resistance Superb electrical insulating properties A wide working temperature range from 260°C down to liquid nitrogen temperatures (-260°C) And a very low coefficient of friction, resulting in unique non-stick behavior. PTFE is resistant to virtually all chemical even at very high temperature and pressure. It is only affected by elementary fluorine, strong fluorinating agent and molten alkali metals. Temperature range: -200degC to +260degC

Features:

It has excellent electric properties. Lowest co-efficient of friction of all solid metals. Available in rod, bush, tube, sheet, O-ring, envelop, bellows etc. Available in virgin, glass filled carbon filled, bronze filled etc.

Our PVDE is a fluoropolymer with better mechanical strength compared to PTFE. though its chemical resistances is as good as ptfe, the use temperature is limited to 150’c.it possess good electrical insulation properties. It finds applications in chemicals, electronic,petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, food,paper,mining,textile & nuclear industries.

Our POLYACE has excellent mechanical properties & dimensional stability due to low absorption of moisture .this leads to superior electrical properties differentiating it from nylons. Our PPOLYACE is available as POLYACE C CO-polymer & POLYACE H Homo_polymer. 1. Our POLYACE H is a HOMO_polymer with better mechanical properties (stronger, harder and stiffer) than co-polymer. Glass filled & ptfe filled grade are available. 2. Our POLYACE C performs better at a higher continuous operating temperature.it has greate alkali & hydrolysis resistance compared to POLYACE H .antistatic, glass filled & non porous grades are available.

SULPHONIC POLYMERS are amorphous engineering thermoplastics with proven performance at elevated temperatures. GOOD mechanicals properties & thermal stability allows load bearing applications over a board temperature range. Other significant feature is flame retardance & good chemical resistance. Their ability to withstand common sterilization techniques makes their use indispensable in medical instrument & food processing industry. We offer three materials in this class: Polysulphone [P S U], polyethersulphone, [P E S] & ployphenylenessulphone [PPSU].
