Polyetheretheketone (peek) is a highly crystalline thermoplastic with outstanding chemical & temperature resistance (use temperature 250*c). Due to its unique blend of properties peek finds numerous applicationsin most demanding hi-tech industries. It is used in making gears, seals, valve seats, bushes & bearings, distribution valves, insulation materials,scrap blades, compressorvanes, chip carriers, thrust washers where conventional material like nylon, teflon etc can not be used because of higher loads combined with higher operating temperature. Glass, carbon, graphite filled &bearing grades are available.
