Metal Brackets

Metal brackets are simple structures that are used to support both fixed and flexible joints. In the construction industry, they project from a wall or a similar surface so as to take up the weight of the projecting surface. Metal brackets are used for numerous purposes: for connecting mechanical components, for positioning items in correct locations and as a base to hold other parts. These brackets are also used in industry as conveyor brackets, conduit hangers, coupling guards and machine guards. They are also used as post protectors, and other types of industrial brackets. Metal brackets are often used for decorative purposes. They are made more aesthetically pleasing by powder coating in colours such as black, white, and gray. Because of the varied requirements, metal brackets have to be frequently customized. Typically, metal brackets are made from metals and alloys like aluminum, brass, carbon steel, copper, hot and cold rolled steel, galvanized metals and stainless steel. Several industries find applications for metal brackets; to name the major users: aerospace, architecture, automotive, construction, defense, electronics and telecommunications.

Hose Pipes

A hose (or hose pipe) is a hollow tube designed to carry fluids from one location to another. Hoses are usually cylindrical in shape, with a circular cross section; they are all flexible, though the flexibility (or rigidity) depends on the composition of the material from which they are made.

Hose design is based on a combination of application and performance. Common factors are Size, Pressure Rating, Weight, Length, Straight hose or Coil hose and Chemical Compatibility.

To achieve a better pressure resistance hoses can be reinforced with fibers or steel cord. Commonly used reinforcement methods are braiding, spiraling, knitting and wrapping of fabric plies. The reinforcement increases the pressure resistance but also the stiffness. To obtain flexibility, corrugations or bellows are used. Usually circumferential or helical reinforcement rings are applied to maintain these corrugated or bellowed structures under internal pressure.

Hoses are made from one or a combination of many different materials. Applications mostly use nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene, PVC, or synthetic or natural rubbers, based on the environment and pressure rating needed. In recent years, hoses can also be manufactured from special grades of polyethylene (LDPE and especially LLDPE). Other hose materials include PTFE (Teflon), stainless steel and other metals.

Hoses can be used in water or other liquid environments or to convey air or other gases. Hoses are used to carry fluids through air or fluid environments, and they are typically used with clamps, spigots, flanges, and nozzles to control fluid flow. All of us have seen hoses being used in gardens. A similar application is to water crops in farms, for drip irrigation. And firefighting would be impossible without fire hoses. There are several other places where hoses are used: - in chemical and pharmaceutical laboratories, in air conditioning systems, and many more. The list is practically endless.

Our company manufactures automotive pipes of high quality.

Automotive Components

Components like transmission gears, shafts, engine timing gears and sprockets are known as automotive components. They are used, as the name suggests, in motorized vehicles that form the bedrock of modern civilization. But these components are also used in many industrial applications.

Today, the Indian auto component industry is one of India''s sunrise industries with tremendous growth prospects. At one time, our manufacturers were low-key suppliers providing components to the domestic market alone. All that has now changed: the industry has emerged as one of the key auto components centers in Asia and is today acknowledged as a significant player in the global automotive supply chain. India is now a supplier of a range of high-value and critical automobile components to global auto makers such as General Motors, Toyota, Ford and Volkswagen, amongst others.

The market for automotive components is huge, and there is an unsatisfied demand for good products. Our company has the expertise and the infrastructure to manufacture components that meet international standards. That is why we have boldly and unhesitatingly taken up this line of production. And whatever we have produced has been accepted by customers and won their praise.

Silencer Separators

Silencers absorb and reduce noise emitted from machinery and other sources for the safety of everyone exposed and for regulatory compliance. Silencers may vary in terms of their physical location relative to the item being silenced. For example, inlet silencers mount on the intake side while exhaust silencers mount on the outlet or exhaust of the device. There are many applications for silencers such as noise reduction for industrial engines and turbines, air or gas compressors, vacuum pumps, or valves. Common sources of noise at industrial sites include restrictions in piping (e.g. relief valves, control valves, orifices, and other locations), excessive velocity flow in pipes, engines/turbines and compressors/blowers.

Silencers are undoubtedly required in many settings, such as factories, to bring the noise level to manageable levels. However, there are many situations where liquids and gases have to be separated and re-circulated or discharged. Often, this separation process causes noise that may be at unacceptably high levels. For example, during water separation in generators, the noise created by water splashing at the exhaust outlet can be unacceptably high. In such cases, combined silencer separators have to be installed.

Canopy Door Locks

All of us are familiar with an aircraft''s canopy, the transparent hood that covers the cockpit. Similarly, cars, trucks and trolleys have canopies or hoods, too.

These canopies need to be securely locked. At the same time, the lock should be easily operable. That is where our expertise in designing and fabricating locks of high quality has proved to be a boon to our customers.

Exhaust Flanges

A flange is a protruding rim, edge, rib, or collar, as on a wheel or a pipe shaft, used to strengthen an object, hold it in place, or attach it to another object. In various industries, such as dairy, pharmaceuticals, food processing, fertilizers and chemicals, fluids have to be transported in pipes. As pipes are of limited length, they have to be joined to other pipes at the flanges. The same applies to plumbing applications as well. The joints have to be leak proof, to prevent dangerous material as well as valuable products from escaping. Flanges and gaskets of high quality are essential in all industries involving flow of fluids through pipes.

Oil Filter Bodies

Engine oil lubricates the internal moving parts of your vehicle''s engine, neutralizes acid and absorbs heat, too

Keeping your engine oil clean, and changing it when required, is one of the single most important vehicle maintenance acts an owner can perform. Petrol, coolant and water, transmission and brake fluid are all important fluids for a car, but no other fluid can have more negative implications on the vehicle''s engine if one does not address it regularly. Engine oil lubricates the engine, absorbs heat and allows the moving parts of the engine to work properly with one another.

Over time, heat breaks down the oil and reduces its lubricating properties. Oil also helps to neutralize acid in the engine, but this process breaks down over time. Oil works well to absorb trace amounts of water, dust and combustion byproducts in the engine. The oil filter filters out these contaminants. A good filter is very important. However, a filter can work only up to a point.

Installing a good filter and checking the engine oil is one of the easiest preventative auto maintenance actions an owner can take.

One can think of engine oil is something like the blood that runs through our bodies. The body pumps blood to all areas so that our various body parts can work correctly. When an area of our body doesn''t receive blood, it shuts down. Similarly, when an engine doesn''t receive the right amount of oil, or when the oil is so old it doesn''t lubricate well, the engine will stop running smoothly and some expensive automotive maintenance may be required.

Water Separators

Water and solid contaminants are often present in fuels like diesel. They displace the fuel''s lubricative coating on the engine. The loss of this protection results in wear, erosion, surface pitting and eventual reduction in performance. Our water separators are designed to remove significant amounts of water.

Silencer Body

A silencer body (or muffler) is installed in the exhaust of a vehicle''s engine. A muffler is an extremely crucial part of a vehicle''s exhaust system. The purpose of this small device is to minimize the loud noise that is produced by the engine. In most cases, a muffler is able to reduce the amount of the original noise by seventy percent, and sometimes by ninety if it is quite an excellent one. A set of tubes with many holes in them is constructed inside of this device. These tubes actually make the muffler a "musical instrument" which performs the task of noise elimination by reflecting the sound waves.

Pipe Clamps

A clamp is a fastening device for holding objects tightly together and preventing them from separating under the forces usually occurring at a location. Clamps are used in a number of places; for example, when a laminate is to be fixed to a wooden surface, the two objects, viz. Wood and laminate are clamped together after applying the adhesive. In practice, clamps are needed in many places. For example, two pipes running close together can be clamped together for greater stability. As these clamps have a variety of applications, they form part of our product range.

Steel Hinges

Every house and office has doors and windows. And every door and window swings on hinges. A door is opened and closed innumerable times over its useful life; and, in places where there is a lot of movement of people, there is often considerable wear and tear of the hinges. The number of hinges used, and their size, depends upon the weight of the door or window, and the extent of usage anticipated. However, apart from strength, aesthetics also influences the choice. The properties of the material from which the hinge is made, and the likely environmental exposure have to be taken into account.

Stainless steel hinges do not wear out easily, do not rust or tarnish, and retain a good appearance for years. All it needs is occasional wiping. These hinges match most decors.

Mild steel hinges are more liable to wear out than stainless steel, and could rust if not painted. They are, of course cheaper than stainless steel and brass.

Brass, on the other hand, has an elegance all its own. Used with polished wooden, a set of shining brass hinges stand out. However, they tend to wear out faster than stainless steel.

All hinges need to be oiled periodically to prevent wear and tear, and squeaking.

Camera Clamps

Clamps can be very useful to photographers, when they need to have both their hands free. Situations frequently occur in which it is not possible to use a tripod, or a tripod is not available. However, the photographer may need to mount his camera in one place, with a fair amount of swivel. This is where clamps are a good option. Specially designed camera clamps permit considerable freedom in camera positioning. As the clamp fixes the camera firmly in one place, the photographer can steady his shots in places unsuitable for tripods. Clamps offer several advantages that tripods do not have: they are lighter, smaller and more portable than tripods. This is not to say that camera clamps can replace tripods in all situations. Wherever a tripod can be used, chances are that it will offer greater freedom of movement than a clamp. And, in many places, a suitable structure (like a pipe) onto which a clamp can be fixed may not be available.
