We offer our specified range of scrubbers in two variants as Packed Bed Scrubber and Venturi Scrubber. These are fabricated using fine grade raw materials conforming to international quality standards.

Packed Bed Scrubbers: These are used for removal of gas, vapors, chemical mist etc. A packed bed scrubber is a cylindrical tower packed with ceramic saddles or any other suitable packing materials for particular application and provided with a water spraying arrangement. We offer these scrubbers in various sizes with gas velocities ranging from 0.5 m / sec., to 2m /sec. and pressure drop between 50 mmwg and 75 mmwg.

Venturi Scrubbers: These scrubbers are widely used in metallurgical industries. The Venturi scrubber is made of three parts: converging cone, throat cone and diverging cone. The inlet gas stream enters the converging cone and as the area decreases the dust-laden gas velocity increases (usually ranging from 70 to 100 m/s). Liquid is introduced either at the throat or at the entrance to the converging section. The inlet gas, forced to move at extremely high velocities in the small throat section, shears the liquid from its walls, producing an enormous number of very tiny droplets. It is simple and compact in design and with easy operation. Venturi scrubbers can be used in pollution controlling applications to collect both particulate and gaseous pollutants.
