We provide customized investment solutions for serious investors who value personal service. We do this via a suite of products tailored to each individual clients needs. Some clients will hand all the decision making to us, whilst others will prefer to remain closely involved - either way, the balance of the partnership is what is important, and trust and integrity are paramount in the close working relationship between basan and each client. We believe in personalizing services by assigning each client to our customer relationship managers. Our strengths are our employees team work, latest tecnologies & methodologies we use for online trading and innovative style of providing best service like e-hastakshar, sms trade confirmations, stock price movement alerts via sms and email. Currently, we have clients of hyderabad city with average daily volume of 200 crores (in nse eq, f&o and mcx-sx currency segment). And will be capturing the clients of sub-urban areas like karimnagar, vishakapatnam, jamkandhi and adilabad very soon. Apart from volume-based brokerage, we are also coming up with innovative offers for new generation investors by charging minimum subscription fees. This will increase our client list and help us in growing our business. Our immediate plans are to get the membership of bombay stock exchange and cdsl- depositary participant. This will give us wider range of products to our existing clients and to attract new clients. Were growing our business by helping clients grow theirs.
