ENDOZYME


Blood stains & organic matter are diffcult to remove from surgical instruments, joints & crevices.


If they are not remove properly it may cause cross infection amongst the patients due to hampered sterilization.

ENDOZYME ( The Proven Enzymatic Detergent)

Direction to use the product :

1) Take luke warm water (50' - 60'C) depending upon the no & size of instruments.

2) To remove normal blood stains take 8 ml. of  ENDOZYME  in 1 lit.of luke warm water. For dried orgenic matter take 16 ml. of  ENDOZYME in 1 lt. of luke warm water.

3) Immerse the instrument for 3-4 minutes in the solution.

4) Flush out solution through joints, channels & crevices.

5) Take out the instruments fom the solution & rinse it with sterile water.

6) Blood stain from all parts of the instruments will be removed.

7) Discard the used solution as per the hospital rules.

8) Use prepared solution once only.

ENDOKLEEN is indicated for Hygenic Disinfection of Medico Surgical Equipments like  ENDOSCOPES, BRONCHOSCOPES, ARTHEROSCOPES, LAPAROSCOPES, & ANAESTHETIC INSTRUMENTS MADE OF RUBBER, PLASTIC, METAL, GLASS & PORCELAIN.

ACTIVATION PROCESS:

1) Pour the ENDOKLEEN solution into the tray depending on the need .Add the content of attached activator vial.

2)  As needed 
     For 1 ltr. Endokleen solution, add 15 ml. activator vail.
     For 5 ltr. Endokleen solution, add 75 ml.activator vail.
 

3)  Colour of solution changes to green when activated

4) Put Activation and Expiry date on the tray

5) ENDOKLEEN solution can be reuse for a maximum 14 days after activation.  

FOR STERILIZATION:

Keep pre cleaned instruments in activated Endokleen solution for at least 10 hours.

FOR DISINFECTION:
 

Immerse pre cleaned instruments in activated Endokleen solution for minimum 30 minutes to 2 hrs.

ULTRASURF SPRAY

- ULTRASURF SPRAY possesses a very broad spectrum activity. Since it is alcoholic preparation it exerts fast antiviral and antibacterial effect on a wide range of microorganisms.

- ULTRASURF SPRAY is a versatile compound disinfectant which gives excellent disinfectant and sterillient properties of environment. Properly formulation in alcohol offers an instant use of Operation theatre, after spray. It is noncorrosive and nonstaining to any surface even after long term usage, since it is alcoholic preparation and contains anticorrosive agents.


Dilution Ratio:

For surface disinfection – 1: 4 times i.e. 200 ml Ultrasurf spray + 800 ml D.M. water.

For instant use of Operation theatre after 30 min. – Use as it is strength.

For fumigation spray: Use 1: 4 times, i.e. 200 ml Ultrasurf spray + 800 ml. D.M. water.

 BKC I.P.:                                          0.3 % w/v
 Isopropyl alcohol:                           70 % v/v

 
Instruction for Aerial Disinfection : 

Make 20 % Solution.

Take 200 ml of Ultrasurf Spray and make 1 litre solution with water.

Operation theatre should be thoroughly cleaned before fogging.

A/c should be put off during fogging.

The flow rate of fogging machine should be adjusted to minimum.

Put on A.C. after fogging.
