Bee Em Resin Bonded cartridges have a unique twostage filtration design to maximize particle removal and prolong service life in viscous fluid filtration applications. An outer prefilter wrap increases cartridge strength and eliminates residual debris associated with conventional, machined, resin bonded cartridges. Bee Em Resin Bonded filters are available in eight nominal removal ratings of 2μm, 5μm, 10μm, 25μm, 50μm, 75μm, 125μm, and 150μm to meet a wide range of application requirements. Fibre Wound Filter Cartridges  
Bee Em Filters has created the wound cartridge, setting a higher standard for industries requiring cartridge filtration. Our equipment makes achieving precision patterns a matter of standard procedure. Our state of the art computerized production machinery takes the variables out of custom winding and enables us to produce filter cartridges that are accurately wound from a single strand of specially selected fibrous roving material, wound around a perforated core in a nearly perfect geometric pattern. Wound cartridges can be produced from a wide range of materials. With a range of 0.5-150 microns filtration, depending on your requirement for removal of solids from liquids, compressed air or gases. Sintered  
BEE Em filters are porous SS filter designed for applications involving heat, gases aggressive chemicals, cryogenics or polymers. Made from SS powder, that is sintered to form a rugged, fixed pore structure, BEE EM filters are made to withstand temperature extremes, high pressure and repeated cleaning / backwash cycles. There are no longitudinal seam, for improved mechanicl strength and corrosion resistance. BEE EM filters are produced in a range of configurations and micron rating to perform in a variety of liquid and gas applications. Absolute Rated PTFE Membrane Filter Cartridges Bee Em cartridge filters are constructed with naturally hydrophobic PTFE membrane and polypropylene support layers and components. The PTFE membrane offers superior hydrophobicity and water intrusion resistance compared to PVDF and polypropylene membranes, and the cartridge construction offers a cost -effective alternative to allfluorocarbon filters. PTFE filters are ideal for gas/vent applications and the filtration of aggressive chemicals and solvents.
