About Us

The beko needle mfg.co., is part of the beko group that was founded in 1980. The group is spear headed by, Mr.M.B.Raman, a mechanical engineer, with vast experience, of over 30 years in these fields. He has travelled widely during this period to various countries around the world, where he has worked and undergone specialised training in the allied fields before he finally settled to start his very own company. Prym Raman and Preetham Raman, both engineers , looking after the design, development, marketing and also assist in the administration of this Group. The group was started with beko industries to undertake overhauling of tea processing machineries and soon expanded to manufacture small tea processing machinery. With its highly equipped machine shop, it now also manufactures the special precision machinery required by the other companies of this group. Soon, tea machinery and general industries, was formed exclusively to manufacture a wide range of tea processing machines, fabrication of ducts for heat recovery systems and structural fabrications. The group then diversified into wire products when beko needle mfg.co was formed. A couple of years later beko fishing and marine enterprises (www.beko.co.in) was started to caters exclusively to fishing and marine industry, manufacturing Squid fishing jigs and lures of various sizes and shapes, stainless steel tuna circle hooks, shark hooks, other big game hooks and accessories. beko-dimon an indo-iceland joint venture now manufactures fishing hooks and accessories especially for mechanized fishing lines. The beko group mainly emphasis on commitment and good engineering practice. This has enabled us not only to maintain high QUALITY of all our products but also make our products available at very competitive prices.
