C.I Castings We manufacture C.I. castings from 2 Kgs to 200 kgs single weight as per customers specification, Such as
* Water pump bodies, pump housings, pump covers, pump hub for cooling system of diesel engines.
* All type of Manifolds for inlet and exhaust valves.
* Castings for engine mounting arms , engine supports. Fly wheels, Engine couplings , drive coupling assembles, anti-vibration mountings. Etc..

Automobile Castings We manufacture sturdy and heat resistant castings for automobiles. We use high grade iron in manufacturing our products which are available at industry leading prices. Specification and Application.
Rubber Damper (inertia rings / hubs)
Our Integrated Rubber Damper Hub is widely used in vehicles as they control the noise, vibrations and harshness of the vehicles and thus enhances their efficiency. These dampers are manufactured by using sophisticated technologies and are tested on several parameters before shipment.
INERTIA RINGS-Our immaculate quality Poly V Groove Inertia Rings is available in various sizes and shapes. They are used for creating seal at interface. These precision engineered inertia rings are precisely designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts. These can bear high operational temperature and enormous pressure and are widely applicable in diesel engines, aircraft engines and many more.
Damper HUBS
These are generally used for damping a torsional vibration that is produced during power diffusion between an output shaft of an engine and an input shaft of a transmission. Our poly v groove damp are designed to suit the various industrial requirements using conventional dampening systems. We are committed to fabricate optimum quality damper hubs that are available in different sizes as per clients’ specifications.
C.I Pulleys (Drive Pulleys)
We manufacture C.I Pulleys that are high in performance and long lasting. The performance of our products remains consistent over an extended length of service. Damper Housing (Viscus Damper)
HOUSING-Our viscus damper housing is designed to control torsional vibrations with efficacy. When crankshaft torsional vibrations occur, the outer housing of the damper reacts with the crankshaft, twisting as it rotates, while the inertia ring attempts to rotate at a constant speed that avoids breaking of the crankshaft. Available in varied dimensions our product is widely used in diverse industries.
INERTIA RING-Our finished viscus damper inertia rings are used in noise reduction, minimizing of the torsional vibrations and thus extending service life of components. Further it also keeps the material stresses of the crankshaft within permissible limits by eliminating the risk of failure.
