Coated Rolls

 Rubber Rolls are used on many web manufacturing and processing, converting industries.  To order out a rubber roll for best desired application it is necessary to get the following details:-

1. M.S. Shell diameter
2. Thickness of m.s. shell.
3. Rubber finished diameter and rubber hardnessFace length of the Roll.
4. Fixed shaft roll  (or)
5. Hollow roll ( ball bearing are fitted inside both side of the face ends)
6. Total length of the Roll with both side shafts.
7. Shaft diameters/keyways/bearing sizes/
8. Rubber to be used / rubber hardness required.( with +- 5 shore A)
9. Chemical resistance/abrasion resistance/Temperature resistance.
10. Machine / location and application of the Roll like Guide Rolls, Nip Rolls, Pressure rolls, Squeeze Roll etc.

Spray Teflon coating is done on Roll to avoid sticking of materials on the surface.  This type of spray coated rolls having limited life as the roll touches any hard surface the teflon coating get removed.

Teflon sleeved rolls are supplied for rubber or other type of Rolls for non sticking.  These Teflon sleeves are not manufactured in India and get imported require a longer delivery period.  Available for specific diameters and length only.
