Ink circulating Pump is available for Rotogravure and Flexo printing machines with stainless steel tank capacity from 35 liters.  The pump fan inside the tank stirrer the ink while working maintain the ink viscosity uniformly. The motor used in the ink circulating pump is flame proof to avoid fire in the highly flammable solvent based Ink. Our Ink pump is best suitable for High raise circulating of ink up to upper color stages of Flexo printing machine. 

The Metal Expander Rolls manufactured  by us have hard chrome surface, which are ideal for high speed applications for paper industries, particularly for slitter re-winders, calendars, poop reels, M.G cylinders. These rolls are widely applied on high speed machines because these do not wear & tear. Moreover, these are also used in place of rubber bow roll.

The Pneumatic Cloth Guiders offered by us are widely demanded in the market due to its features such as low maintenance and easy to use. We also offer air operated cloth guiders, which are maintenance considering to their type of cloth guiders like Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic. Pneumatic cloth guider requires only normal compressed air without any maintenance cost. These guiders can be used on chemicals, wet conditions as there is no chance of electrical shock and weighs only 2.5 kgs. Our guiders require compressor air pressure for operating, making them suitable for fabric width up to 24 inch to 84 inch. Our cloth guiders moves left and right and are mounted on adjusting frame. The width increment or decrement can be adjusted.

Electrical Cloth Guiders offered by us are available for double folding machines. These Guiders works on 55/65 volts D.C supplied to their solenoid. Our pneumatic cloth guiders have lower running cost, which require normal compressor air that is supplied through Air filter- Regulator-Lubricator. We also offer light duty models to according to width of fabrics. Our Cloth Guiders find wide application in cloth processing, printing, Dyeing, Bleaching, Printing inspection, Batching, winding and rewinding.

The Air Chucks manufactured by us are specially designed for 6” inside diameter cores. Two Air chucks can hold the Roll firmly, giving the maximum output to the end user. We also offer individual air filling valve for each air expanding chucks as per the requirements of our clients.

The Aluminum Slat Expander Rolls offered by us are used for wrinkle removing on coating machines, which are available in different length and standard diameter as per the requirements of our clients. We generally offer plain surface, but as some applications requires serration on surface for gripping, so we also offer rough surface. Before offering our rolls, we take different specifications from user such as application temperature, web material, plain or serration required on surface, maximum speed of web material, to meet the requirements of our clients. Moreover, working rolls are also available with ball bearing type mechanism with normal expansion of 25mm.

We offer coating cloth coating machines, flat bed printing machine, shaped wrinkle-removing action and slat expander rolls in wooden slat with felt covering. Further, these also have aluminum slats available in different diamantes such as 6” 8” and 12”. Suitable for slow speed machines such as cloth coating machines, Flat Bed Printing machine, artificial leather cloth and batching machine. These rolls are fitted with cam mechanism with left and right slats from center. Additionally, longer width three slats are fitted and middle slats are fixed to avoid V shaped wrinkle-removing action. We also offer these rolls with foot mounting pedestals.

Scroll Rolls offered by us are wrinkle removing rolls from web material used for manufacturing, processing, Coating and converting. Our Scroll Rolls are available in different material such as Ebonite, M.S, stainless steel, aluminum. For cloth processing machines ebonite scroll rolls are used, for other web materials like plastic, leather cloth, paper, vinyl, foils, polyester ebonite is not suitable as the same generate static electricity or damage the web material.

Bow Roll is known as spreader Roll, bowed Roll, Curve bar Expander, Banana Roll, Wrinkle removing Rolls, Bow rolls are available in hard chrome surface,rubber surface and also Teflon covering for non-sticking applications.Hard chrome surface bow Rolls are used where speed is more than 300 meters minutes. If the speed is more the bigger diameter is used to reduce the rpm of the roll.Bow roll works only when there is proper lead-in and lead-out distance and kept the roll in proper warp angle with web material.  To do such warp angle adjusting all rolls are supplied with bow angle adjusting worm-worm wheel gearbox with hand wheel and counter pedestal bearing block, by use of this it is possible to adjust the bow angle at 360 degree warp angle. When the Roll get maximum wrinkle removing stop the bow angle adjusting and put the roll on bow locked position,  so not do any change in the bow setting. On Roll shaft bow position indication with arrow showing the bowed position of the Roll.

Metal expander roll having hard chrome surface which is suitable for high speed applications for Paper industries, particularly for slitter re-winders, Calendars, Poop Reels, M.G cylinders. On high speed machines it not wear & tear so it commonly used in place  of rubber bow roll.

which is too heavy weight  due its internal construction and require extra drives & pulleys to drive the roll.

Cooling Roll have hard chrome plated surface. Cooled water passing through its Rotary joint  to cools the hard chrome plated surface area of the Roll. Cooling Roll cools the contact area that touches the web materials or rubber rolls. There are different type Cooling Rolls like single shell, double shell jacketed type, spiral type. The surface cooling effect will be vary for different types.  Cooling Roll having shaft with inside hole to fix rotary joint. Bigger shaft diameter is recommended to avoid breakage of end shafts as end shaft having inside hole.

Most machines are fitted with MS rolls, stainless steel rolls, aluminum rolls, hard chrome plated Rolls, rubber Rolls, ebonite coated rolls, Teflon coated rolls, as guide roll, nip roll, pressure roll, take-up roll, take-off roll, squeeze roll, Tension rolls, dancing roll, accumulator roll, Idler roll which are available in different diameter and length as per machine requirements. Some cases it is not affordable to use stainless steel rolls but in such rolls stainless steel cladding is done on M.S. rolls.

Air Expanding Shafts offered by us are required for fast change over of un-winder / winder roll. Air valve air can fill and the air shaft can hold the core by expanding the rubber bladder after removing the air by thump press. The regularly used cores are 3 inch ID core, but bigger cores are also used where heavy weight of the unwind/re-wind rolls. Our Air Expanding Shafts are core-holding device suitable for 3” core inside diameter & 70mm core diameter. Lugs type Air expanding shafts are most commonly used for paper or PVC core holding.

The Safety Chucks offered by us are square bar holding device to hold square bar of size 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 2” or 3”. Apart from manufacturing in standard size, we also offer Safety chucks in mm sizes 25 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm and 75 mm as per specific requirement of weight to be handled. Replaceable inserts of sliding type safety chucks have more square bar holding area than tilting type safety chucks. Further, for fixing tension control brake safety chucks are offered with extended shaft on one side.
