Antistatic and non-conductive, flame retardant (in compliance with DIN 22103 and ISO 340 standards) food quality types to FDA, 2005/79/CE and HACCPstandards resistance to abrasion, oils, fats and chemicals low noise (LdB belts). Special belts can also be manufactured with perforation, guides, profiles and sidewalls fitted.

  Truly endless belts used as feeder belts on folder-gluers for smooth and corrugated cardboard. Megapower

Megapower timing belts are manufactured by unique thermoset moulding process. The high grade polyurethane gives excellent abrasion and shear resistance.

Megalinear belts as an open length are normally used in linear motion drives. Endless jointed belts can be produced to any length by joining.

Manufactured
by extrusion both polyurethane round belts and V-belts are used in
various markets for transmission of light duty drives, at medium low

These innovative flexible slat chains offer solutions for all applications and industries. These are available in industry standard and special materials in steel and plastic. We can also supply the slat chains in special materials e.g. chemical resistant, antistatic, flame retardant etc., if needed.

Slat Top Chains Steel

Applications are mainly in the industries that use glass bottles, e.g. breweries, the wine industry and the soft drinks industry. They come in several variants like straight running, side flexing, with or without tabs, as magnet chains. These slat chains run totally level in curves and will not vibrate. The noise level is considerably lower than normal tab chains.

Slat Top, Plastic Chains

Plastic chains constitute a light-weight yet strong and silent alternative to steel chains. These chains are used mainly in the food and packaging industry for conveying of many kinds of containers. The Super Flex tracking system is also available for plastic chains, as are beveled and tab chains for straight-running, side flexing and inclined conveyors.

special timing belts can be manufactured in a standard or coated execution,
according to customer specific requirements.

Timing pulleys are
manufactured under technical guidance and license from Gates. Wide
range of material can be used such as steel, aluminium, special plastics to
various graded castings and alloys etc. Along with stock pulleys are available
in the XL, 8M pitches. Made to order timing pulleys can be supplied as per
request.
