Z-47 Articulated Wire Band. This belt is specially designed for biscuit baking plants. When biscuits are transferred to baking oven, after getting shape and design from cutting dies, they are very soft and loose and need flat surface for baking. Z-47 belt has the flattest surface than other belts, so it retains the shape & design of biscuits. Due to its unique design it takes less time for heating and also allows free heat, air, gas circulation.
This belt is manufactured from high carbon steel, S.S.304, etc. wires with 17, 18, 19, 20, etc. gauge wires, in different sizes as per requirements.

This belt is also a combination of left and right coils and crimped rods, but is of closer pitch, i.e.; it has smaller gaps than LK-6 Belt and is suitable for smaller products. This belt is used in Soya badi (Soya Chunks) driers, Namkeen Plants, Pharmaceuticals, Biscuit Cooling, etc. Manufactured in all types of wires like High Carbon Steel, G.I., S.S.304, S.S.316, S.S.310, S.S.330, etc. from different gauges like 16, 17, 18, etc. in different sizes as per requirements.

LK-6 Belt is manufactured using left and right hand coils with crimped rods linking them. BT-21 Belt is specially designed for candy, confectionery & chocolate plants. Thick cross rods are bended & locked into each other (also known as selvedge type belt) that provide extra strength & life to belt. With very close pitch and wide coils it provides a flat type surface for hot candies that are transferred from candy making machines on this belt to be carried through cooling chambers. It is largely preferred over other nylon belts as it provides free air circulation. Basically manufactured from G.I., S.S.304, S.S.316, etc. wires in different gauges. The stock of standard width of 100mm, 200mm & 300mm is mostly available and other sizes are manufactured as per requirements. This belt also manufactured with roller chains attached on the edges.

This belt type has longer life. Roller chains are attached at both the edges of required type of belt using thick rods, which is inserted at particular distance. Available in different chain pitches like 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 1”, etc. using standard M.S. chains and also S.S. chains, as per requirements. Used by namkeen making plants, chapatti making plants, papad and other food processing and frying systems, etc.

Also known as Plate Conveyor this belt is designed specially for chapatti (roti) making plants. It works just like ‘Tava’ (round iron plate used for roti baking) as used in homes for baking chapati. It is manufactured using sheets of 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, etc. thickness attached to chain using different types of attachments. Available in different types of materials in different sizes as per requirements.

BD-22 is a mesh having a diamond type shape. It is used as a filter and other special purposes as a fixed mesh. It is manufactured using coils of highly accurate pitch crossing each other and locked at the edges. It is more flexible than other welded meshes. Made in different sizes from different gauges of wires as per requirements.

One of the finest belts manufactured by our company is MC-25 Belt. It is manufactured by using thin wire of 0.50mm with 2mm pitch and 2.5mm diameter of coils, weaved into each other & locked edges, such a fine belt is rarely available in India. With such a close pitch & small dia. coil (resulting in less thickness of belt) it is perfectly suitable for very small electronic and other components and for other fine applications.

This is a special purpose conveyor. Manufactured using M.S., S.S. rods of required diameter attached to chain of 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 1”, etc. pitches as per requirements. ‘L-type’ cleat is also attached at required distances, which supports the products when it is to be carried to an inclined level. It is used for raw vegetable, fruit washing and other special purposes.

Another conveyor belt that has revolutionized the belt-using-industries, especially the way turn tables are used, is BB-T Turning Table Belt. This belt is used where ‘L-Turn’ or ‘U-Turn’ is provided to conveyorized/travelling plants. The coils of this belt are made from flat wire. The cross rods are bended & locked with each other after inserting rollers (bush) on both the edges, which acts like chain. The belt is driven using sprockets, so it works very well and has good life. This belt is mostly supplied along with turning table, it is also manufactured as per clients existing turn tables.
