General Purpose Cylinders

'BJ' make Hydraulics Cylinders are designed for high efficiency performance and easy maintenance, widely used in Steel Plant, Cement Plant, Sugar Plant, Ferro Alloys furnaces, Mining, Earth moving Equipments, Machine tools and Automobiles.

MANUFACTURING AND TESTS: Cylinders are made of cold drawn seamless steel tube(CDS), material conforming to ASTMA 106 gr . B or DIN 2391,they are precision honed.The life of the cylinders is enhanced using highest quality seals from Bushak Shamban / Parker / Hunger / Simirit etc. They are tested as per ANSI / IS 10585 for pressure / static /internal leakage and static friction.

Special Features

These features are provided as per customer / end use requirements.

Inner diameter chrome plated for corrosion resistance and low seal friction.
Cylinder outside surface coated for marine application.
Imported sealing system with non metallic guide rings on piston and rod.
Cylinder end and / or rod end with adjustable or non adjustable cushioning.
Clevis and rod end eye fitted with plain spherical bearings.
Stop tube provided in extra long Cylinders.
