Pumps And Rerailing Equipment

Equipment mainly comprises of jacks of various capacities and sizes attachments, powered by petrol engine pumping unit and controlled by master hydraulic control table, hoses and trolley, bridge, wire ropes and other hardware.

Telescopic Jacks:

Made from light Aluminium alloy , these jacks have a repressure system for returning to initial position, and are fitted with hardened saddle. They incorporate safety features such as blow of valve for excess pressure , hydraulic locking against pipe burst and protection from load slipping from the jack head.

Pumping Unit:

A portable pumping unit powered by petrol/diesel engine is compact and easy to handle.

Control Desk:

Houses the control block (Direct control valve) which directs the flow of oil to the required jacks. Fitted with Quick Change Couplings, pressure gauge and safety valves.

Rerailing Bridge:

Light weight bridges are used for horizontal displacement along with roller carriage assembly two or more can be coupled using bridge coupling.

Equipments For Lateral Traversing:

Roller carriage /displacing jack/single control supports, Removal Top plate, Distance bars. All these equipments are assembled on the bridge along with the required jacks for lateral traversing.

Stacking Sets:

Used with jack of jack low closed height when initial ground clearance is less when used, this work as a multistage jacking system.

Equipment For Overturned Capsized Vehicles:

This mainly consists of Aluminium alloy step jacks rocker bearing plate and lifting belt used along with other accessories to raise the cap sized and overturned rolling stock.

Two speed hand pumps have two relief valves, one for low pressure and the other for high pressure. The change over from high discharge at low pressure to low discharge at high pressure is automatic.
