Established in the year 1978, We, Bengal Industries is a manufacturer having ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9001:2008 certification. We are the only hose manufacturer in India to receive "CE" certification. These are catering to the requirements of diverse industries such as defense, automotive, chemical, railways, power plants and refineries.

 

 We feel proud to announce ourselves as the only hose manufacturer in India to receive "CE" certification. This certification is from DNV, Norway for design, manufacture and testing of stainless steel corrugated flexible hose assemblies under Pressure Equipment Directive of European Council 97/23/EC. Dedicated, experienced & disciplined workforce is the strength of our organization. We have a team of experienced technocrats to execute the system in step by step manner right from the selection of raw material to the packaging of each of our range of stainless steel flexible tubes. We also carry out pneumatic testing with the help of our testing experts so as to ensure the quality and efficiency of our range as per the client's specific requirements.

 

Further, with the help of our vast distribution network, we have been able to our range to over 35 countries worldwide such as Europe, Middle East, north and South America and Australia.

Under the able guidance of our Chairman, Mr. M.C. Bhatia, who is 54 years old and has been associated with the flexible solutions industry for the past 40 years, we have been able to carve a niche in the market. He has done his post graduation in engineering with a specialization in welding technology from Germany. Owing to his experience with renowned German conglomerates together with his able leadership, we are moving towards the heights of success.

Led under the dynamic leadership of our managing directors Mr. Mukesh Bhatia, who is 22 years old and has academics coupled with expertise built up over the years, we have made a place of repute for ourselves. With his focus on customer satisfaction, our company is growing constantly, and is smoothly going up from a corporate communications professional into global sales and then into hi-tech manufacturing in the flexible solutions industry.

We have a well-equipped manufacturing unit equipped with two plants located within a close proximity having a total built up area of over 60,000 square feet. This enables us to meet the bulk requirements of our clients within the given time frame. Spread over a sprawling area, our manufacturing unit is based at Faridabad, which falls under national capital region i.e., New Delhi in India. Our unit is equipped with all the requisite machines and tools to carry out production processes smoothly. We are also equipped with 100% captive powers back up to ensure non stop production resulting in timely delivery to customers.

We are also supported by an in-house designing unit, equipped with cad/cam software, which helps us in manufacturing a range which is in tandem as per the client specific requirements. Moreover, our machines are upgraded time to time to increase efficiency and performance. Owing to the regular maintenance and checking of our range of machines, we have been able to increase the quality of our range.

Being an ISO/ TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company, we have focused mainly on all the quality parameters of our range of stainless steel flexible tubes for industrial applications. Our quality testing are done as per the per BS6504 and ISO 10380 standards. Every single hose assembly is tested hydraulically at 1.5 times working pressure before dispatching. Further, we also carry our pneumatic testing as per the clients’ specific requirements. Our quality experts also checks all the raw material sourced from reputed manufacturers and these are regularly counter checked from external independent agencies for physical, chemical and metallurgical properties.

Owing to these features, our company has been awarded ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate by BSI, which is an independent global standards organization.

We are having complete in-house testing facilities to conduct various types of tests, as per international standards for metallic flexible hoses. We regularly conduct tests such as:

• Flex fatique or cycle life test
• Burst pressure / yield test
• Bend radius test
• Flame test
  • Special testing of durability of automotive exhaust connectors
  • Leak detection test using compressed air bullet
  • Checked for dimensional accuracy and pressure tested
  • Bullet test certificated for pressure tests carried out will be provided
  • Bullet tests stipulated by BS 6501: Part 1: 1991 / ISO 10380: 2003 are conducted periodically
  • Bullet raw material test certificates showing the physical and chemical properties will be furnished on request
  • Bullet radiography. D.P. test certificates will be carried out against specific customer requirements
  • The products can be supplied under any third party inspection

Our organization endeavors to offer quality range and in order to attain it, the exhaust connectors manufacturing process is closely checked and enhanced. Also, at different stages, we also conduct routine testing based on the methods, norms and quality plans as per the international standards. This ensures that each exhaust connector produced gives a long working life.

Besides stringent in-house control of quality, raw materials are sourced only from reputed manufacturers and these are regularly counter checked from external independent agencies for physical, chemical and metallurgical properties.
