HOC Air Dryer
Our clients can avail from us Heat of Compression Type Air Dryers that are fully automatic having pneumatically actuated ball / plug valves. A sequence timer controls the functioning of these valves. Activated Alumina is used as the desiccant and it dries the air up to (-) 40° C Dew point. The key features of our product are enlisted below:

We offer Heat Less Air Dryers that are used to remove moisture in air and gases. These are primarily used in the textile industry and foundries for drying gases like hydrogen, seal gas, and nitrogen, and drying plant’s air. The key features of our product are as follows:
It can remove 2300 gallons of moisture from 100 CFM pneumatic system that is operating at 100 PSI
It functions better where a dew point of (-40)°C at line pressure of 100 PSI is present
We offer Heated Air Dryers that are Internal Heat Re-activated Dryers and are used to obtain compressed air of very low dew point of (-)60°C or (-)80°C. It is designed to generate the desiccant at higher temperature, along with small quantity of dry air purge. Residual moisture loading on desiccant becomes low because of purging with dry air and thermal regeneration, and this in turn gives very low dew point. The functioning of the product is as follows:
The drying unit comprises 2 vessels, which are filled with activated Alumina or molecular sieves desiccant
One vessel remains in drying cycle for 4 hours, while the other is simultaneously regenerated at atmospheric pressure
For regeneration, around 3% flow of dryer capacity is used as purge
There is provision of electrical heaters in a central finned stainless steel pipe in both drying vessels
Heating cycle is for 2 hours duration, and in this time, hot purge air increases desiccant temperature to around 100°C and at this temperature regeneration is completed (due to dry air purge)
Dew point achieved is around (-)40°C
Air purging rate can be adjusted as per the requirement of desired dew point e.g. Air purging rate is slightly increased to 5% for (-)60°C and to 7.5% for (-)80°C dew point
Filters: There is provision of a pre-filter with automatic drain valve to remove any physical moisture from compressed air before entering Air dryer
A micronic filter is also provided in the dryer outlet to arrest any desiccant dust particles, up to 1 micron size
