WORKING PRINCIPLES:-

Fog generators are petrol driven and work according to te principal pulse jet. Apetrol-air mixture is ignited in the combustion chamber ad the deflagration oscillate a column of gas in the resonator pipe at about 90 times per second. At the end of the resonator fogging solution is injected in the air stream emerging at high velocity and is dispersed into finest aerosol droplets and are distributed into a lightly suspending fog Chemical solution has no mechanical moving parts therefore no wear and tear.

The Hydraulic Scissor- Lift Platform is a special equipment designed to be mounted on a TATA 1613 (42) or equivalent Ashok Leyland chasis for applications in big power projects where, head race and tail race tunnels are built. The equipment is so designed that it can carry a gross load of 1300/ 1500 kgs at a fully extended height of 8 metres from ground level. The platform has a closed height of 2.5 metres from ground level and can be operated and used for work to be carried out at various levels between 2.5 metres and 8 metres.

It is a dual hydraulically controlled system whereby, the user can operate the system from the top platform as well as from the ground level. There are two models available, one being the BMW 1.3 SP and other being BMW 1.5 SP. The first is designed to carry a gross load of 1300 kgs and the second to carry 1500 kgs. Custom built equipment are also manufactured with additional features where the top-platform is equipped with hydraulically-controlled catwalks, enabling the work to be carried out at positions which are normally out of the reach of the standard equipment.

The BMW range of hydraulic scissor-lift platforms is the only proven answer for construction companies and Contractors where hydroelectric projects where tunnelling work is involved are built.

The System provides 2-stage (dual) hydraulic controls, fail­safe maintenance props, house-failure safety valves, and solenoid valves for automatic elevation cut-off at preset limits.
