Set in 1998 with the era of the 1911 Bar at The Imperial Hotel New Delhi, and The ITC Grand Maratha Mumbai, that we setup up then, Benneta Barscope (P) Limited was launched as a specialist in setting up of professional bar solutions through technical and operational collaborations.
THE TRAININGS IN BAR
This occurred under a training period that lasted over six months and then over fourteen years since, which three factory visits totaling fifty days, machinery understanding, fabrication process, the learning of the ?Cocktail Lifecycle? that eliminates wasted steps; and then applying the process in over two hundred facilities and installation across the nation. Over the period our work finessed with market inputs from bartenders, F&B managers, owners in the restaurant and bar industry to understand all aspects that need to built into a great bar.
The areas covered were related to hotel?s need, guest?s needs, bartender?s needs and financial implications as well as technological considerations and health and safety parameters.
PRINCIPAL PARTNERS
Since 1998 our principal technology and training partner has been Glastender, Inc. The company was awarded Best in Class Awards in 2010 and 2011 consecutively by Operators and Consultants in USA in their category of Underbar Fabrication.
Other than Glastender, over the years we have a host of bar solutions we use in our specifications that cover complete wine management from storage to preservation, customization and dispensing, to Blending, Liquor Control, and a Comprehensive Coffee Solution with Caffe Bristot Italy, a brand over ninety years old as the exclusive partner for India. |
